About This Project:
| Objective: | To create a model home that feels warm, cozy and inviting to potential buyers, in a rustic lodge feel. | | Challenges: | Creating a cozy feel in a large home can be a challenge. The builder wanted to bring the rustic outdoor setting into the home, while appealing to 21st century buyers. | | Results: | We brought the outdoors in, from the use of stone on the fireplace, to the faux antler chandelier in the dining room. Our color palette was chosen to reflect the beautiful setting of the home, while highlighting the wood tones. It was a well-received model, and sold very quickly! |
