We painted in color called "watermelon", hand-painted the wall and ceiling with our signature of Mehndi art started by my oldest. All of the artwork in the room is my own. Drawings in sepia ink pens and colored pencils, abstracts in acrylic paints. The wall behind the bed is a chalk board wall painted in the same color as the room. We made the neck roll pillow cover from $5.00 Walmart scarves. The curtain rod was made by my older daughter and we added dyed pink turquoise beads to the rod and the neck roll pillow.
