About This Project:
| Objective: | This condo is a business - second residence for a lovely couple from Michigan. It was to be a residence as well as a place to entertain which they love to do often. | | Challenges: | Being a second home, I had no chance to see their current style and they never did give me a budget to work from. It's a huge responsibility and a bit nerve racking this way. But on our first time together we decided upon the sectional, so that set the tone for the design. | | Results: | The final reveal was so great! Paulette cried and Dale was extremely happy as well. They referred me to their best friends who had just purchased a 4,000 foot home at Lake Las Vegas and we were able to design it as well. |
