ROOM INFORMATION:
Room Name:Parade of Homes Las Vegas
Room Type:Living Room
Room Description:This 8,000 square foot home is located in McDonald Highlands and I had the great pleasure of being involved from the beginning of construction. It was up for sale so we used many custom pieces but also used retail finds from places like West Elm and Pottery Barn to keep the cost down for resale purposes.

About This Project:

Objective:This home was featured in our Local "Parade of Homes". it was for sale at 4 million dollars - However, with the challenging market, we needed to keep costs down and still deliver the "WOW" factor to compete with the other homes.
Challenges:Sales in this price range are already few and far between, so it didn't help that the owners wanted to spend as little as possible to market it. We did splurge on some custom pieces in each room, but did quite a bit of shopping at West Elm, Pottery Barn and Home Goods to keep costs down.
Results:The Home was well received and leased for more than the monthly mortgage.
