For a more feminine touch, the bunks and trim were all painted and glazed ant the polka-dots and embroidered flowers on the pillows tie into the tiles used in the attached bath, to continue the theme. We wanted to accommodate four children in this room, and the unseen trundle bed allows for the extra sleepers. Although this room is lucky enough to have a closet, we also included drawers under the bunks and had room for a small dresser. Even a custom table and chairs were able to fit into the corner. |
