About This Project:
| Objective: | Transform the 1990's "tacky traditional" bathroom into a master suite with authentic old-world charm. | | Challenges: | The weight of the granite slabs used on the floors and in the shower of this second-story bathroom required structural reinforcement of the framing and foundation. The steam generator had to be located in a custom area created above the shower. | | Results: | The new bathroom is timeless in appearance, as the homeowners wished. |
