Thank you for your room review request! It looks like you have a lovely space to work with. I love all of the pictures you sent, it really helps us get a feel for your space.
It looks like you have an idea of what's working and what's not. First thing you've probably noticed is how your space feels unbalanced. With a proper furniture arrangement and proper placement of accessories, we can achieve a balanced space that flows together nicely. I would suggest a different furniture arrangement to achieve better continuity.
We need to focus on the fireplace to make it fit properly within your new space. I would be careful when adding so many elements to that small area. We should think of the built ins, TV and fireplace as one cohesive unit.
