Hi Louise!

What you're asking for is not really a review of your room so much as advice on what to do next. You've got a good start with the warm wall color, the shapely sofa and you've accented the fireplace so it's the focal point. From the other reviews on this room you received good advice such as that you need to get some tables, lighting, etc. to make the room more inviting.

I think your choice of the new artwork, which pulls out the colors in the sofa pillows, is your answer for a color palette. If you would like specific help, I think you would really benefit from my 7-step plan to show you exactly what to do to create the ambiance you want in your room. I would ask you detailed questions that would help both of us learn what your true style is. Then I could give you specific recommendations.
