Hi Milijana,
Thanks for asking me to review your room. I know it must be a challenging space, as it is functioning as two rooms in one.

The emphasis of the room should be your bed, then secondly your baby's. Right now they are dueling focal points. You might be able to achieve the proper focal point placement by moving the baby's crib and changing table to the opposite wall drawing more attention to your bed - then perhaps placing some artwork above your bed - this will help with the balance of the wall.

The rhythm of the room can come from a nice soft/airy paint color to the walls that go with the baby's bedding, your bedding and the window covering. This will also take care of some of the harmony and unity in the room.

You will be able to achieve better proportion and scale in the room once the baby's crib and changing table move out of the room.
